Café Hornið was established in 1999. The house is built from Finish lumber and the only one of it’s type in Höfn. The café sits on the corner of Höfn’s main street. The menu is international, with a variety of fish, meat, pasta and vegetarian plates. The lobster/langoustine plays a large role as the town of Höfn is known as the Lobster capitol of Iceland.
Our chefs pride them selfs in offering the freshest materials available every day and get most of their produce from the Vatnajökull national park.
