Hömluholt is located on the southern part of the Snæfellsnes peninsula by the Hafursfell mountain. A distance of 54 km from Borgarnes and 75 km from Reykjavík.
Type1 Cottage – Accommondations for 8 persons. Featuring a well equiped kitchen for self catering, living room, bathroom with a shower and double bedroom. Two bedrooms are upstairs with three single beds in each room. Beautiful scenic views of the nearby mountains and of the seashore Löngufjörður are from the cottage.
Type2 Cottage – Acocommations for 10 persons. This cottage has a well-equiped kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. A sofabed for two in the livingroom, one double bedroom and two other bedrooms each with one single bed and bunk beds.
We offer from 1 to 3 hour guided horseback riding tours along the goldensandy beaches located in this area. A variety of bird species can be seen on the way, and possibily seals during the trip.
