Hotel Lotus is a small family owned and conveniently located close to Reykjavík city center. A short distance from the swimming pool in Laugardalur, The Farm Animal Park and The Botanical Garden. Kringlan, a shopping center is also in a walking distance.
Hotel Lotus has 13 beautifully designed rooms. You can choose between single, standard and deluxe rooms. All rooms have a flatscreen TV, safety box, hairdryer and free WiFi.
Most rooms on the second level have a private balcony.
- Single rooms have 140 cm beds and are 12 m2
- Standard rooms have 2 x 90 cm beds and are 15 m2
- Deluxe rooms have 2 x 90 cm beds and are 20 m2
Excellent breakfast is served every morning in the breakfast lounge.
The house has been owned by the same family since it was built in 1965. The owner ran a hairsaloon and a fashion boutique under the name of Lotus on the first floor and lived above her business on the second floor. Decision was made to turn the building into a hotel and the first guests arrived in December 2013.
