Klausturhof Guesthouse is located in the village Kirkjubæjarklaustur in the South Iceland, the warmest region of Iceland, with mild winters and sunny summers.
Klausturhof Guesthouse offers an accommodation for up to 90 people in 34 rooms, – double and family rooms with private or shared facilities. The rooms range from single beds, bunk beds and double bunk beds.
We serve breakfast and dinner at our Café Munkar.
It is under the picturesque of the Kirkjubæjarklaustur mountains at the riverside of Skaftá, halfway between marvellous glaciers in west and east.
Klausturhof Guesthouse is built of several recently rebuilt houses from last century. The houses were originally built for cooperated commercial activities. The oldest one, built in 1936 and housed the first shop in the district, is where we have our Café Munkar.
