At Malarhorn Guesthouse you can choose between a self catering cottage with 4 bedrooms (House nr.2) a double room with full facilities in a ten room motel-type house (House nr.1), an apartment with easy access, a family room (adding beds) and a large luxury room, 27 m2 each (House nr. 3).
Café Malarhorn restaurant seats 60 persons and in addition there is a large balcony outside with spectacular views over Steingrímsfjörður and the Grímsey Island. The restaurant offers a full menu.
On the menu the emphasis is on local food specialising in freshly caught fish and icelandic lamb from the area. This summer we will also offer Sushi dishes. Among the dishes on the a-la-carte menu you will find traditional food from the area such as lumpfish and other types of half-dried fish, served with seal-fat.
