Skógar Guesthouse is situated at Skógar in South Iceland and 10 minutes walk from the world famous Skógarfoss Waterfall under the Eyjafjöll Mountains.
The house is the old headmasters house of Skógar school. The house boasts of eight spacious bedrooms which all are double bedrooms. Outside there is a big wooden terrace with a large hot tub and an outdoor shower.
There are many interesting places to visit and trips to be taken in the surrounding area which we are happy to arrange for our guests. There is Skógar Museum, an extensive hiking area to explore, horseback riding and tours on Mýrdalsjökull glacier. There is also a fantastic bird watching area nearby Dyrhólaey.
